Diocesan Director of Communications : Closing date 22 June
To work with the Bishop, Parishes, Chaplaincies and Schools of the Diocese. To lead the development and implementation of an effective communications framework across the Diocese. This will promote the Diocesan Vision and Mission as also the three themes of ‘Encounter’, ‘Discipleship’, ‘Missionary Disclipleship’.
The position would suit a committed Catholic with a strong track record in communications; an experienced media professional (or journalist) who has recently been involved in leading communications in a dispersed organisation.
Salary £45,000 to £50, 000 dependent of qualifications.

Catholic Community of East Nottingham : Community Co-ordinator : Closing date 26 June
The parishes of East Nottingham (St. Augustine’s, Our Lady & St Edward’s, Sacred Heart) wish to appoint a Community Coordinator to lead and coordinate the administrative and pastoral work of the three parishes. This role has grown out of the recent bringing together of three parishes into one pastoral area.
You will work with parish volunteers to run the operation of the parishes, bringing together key functions as necessary and also provide some administrative support to the Diocesan Vocations Director.
The pastoral area is currently served by a pastoral team including clergy, religious and lay people.
Among other requirements, you will be experienced and qualified in administration & finances in parish/school/charitable sectors; a good communicator with excellent people skills and experienced in managing colleagues and volunteers; willing to work as part of a team, leading and taking initiative.
Starting Salary: i.r.o. £25,000 (dependant on qualifications and experience, reviewed annually).
