“Lord, we come to you through one another.
Lord, we come to you in our need.
Lord, we come to you seeking wholeness.
Lay your hands gently, lay your hands.”
At the heart of our celebrations on Saturday 6th July was a Service for the Sick and Housebound of our Parish.
For those who are regularly unable to attend Mass, together with other parishioners, it was a joy to be able to bring all together for a Service of Word, music and Anointing. This was followed by a social occasion hosted in Holy Trinity Academy – a chance to chat, enjoy refreshments and enjoy being together.
The day also saw the Church ‘Open for All’ with Parishioners on hand to welcome and guide visitors around the Church together with various displays charting Parish history and the work of Parish groups.
